The project applied ecological and environmental standards of the time. During the construction and reconstruction, “Conresta” carried out the ventilated facade, plinth, window, doors, parapet replacement and masonry work. The height of the two-storey building is 12 meters. The total area of the building – 2405 sq. meters, address Pramonės str. 16 A, Panevėžys.
