Distinguished by the warm tones of the facade, the building has an innovative heating system, a private courtyard, functional apartment planning and well-developed infrastructure.
A 9-storey, 58-apartment building was built first. Ground floor parking lots are designed for the commercial space visitors and staff members, as well as the apartment residents. The ground floor apartments have their own private terraces with direct access to the courtyard. The second object was a 6-storey, 52-apartment building.
