General contractor “Conresta” has been entrusted with a 15,000 sq. m. pharmaceutical storage project. The client “Entafarma” owns the largest and most modern pharmaceutical logistics and warehousing facilities in the Baltic States.

The air temperature in the premises is constantly being monitored, storage facilities for narcotic and psychotropic drugs, as well as cold-kept-drugs were installed. The warehouse provides up to 10,000 pallet spots.
The one-storey building is mostly occupied by a warehouse with 5.5-meter-high racks. Service gate groups are designed on the southern side of the wall, with loading, unloading and sorting areas adjacent to them. The front of the building has administrative and household premises for employees. The car parking lot has 158 parking spaces, 7 of which are for people with disabilities, and a bicycle parking area with bike racks. There is an automatic gate at the north entrance, and automatic lifting barriers for heavy vehicles on the south side. The construction of the building was carried out in four stages.
