The “Freedom 36” business center, which is being developed on Laisvės Avenue in Vilnius, will offer 14,000 sq m of modern office space. It will be an A+ energy-class building, with roof-mounted solar panels generating about 10% of the business center’s annual electricity demand. The underground car park will have 370 parking spaces, electric vehicle recharge stations, bicycle storage, showers and changing rooms. The “Freedom 36” business center is being developed in accordance with the international standard for sustainable buildings, BREEAM, and is expected to receive BREEAM’s “New Construction, Very Good” certification.
“We chose “Conresta” as general contractor because of the company’s experience in real estate projects of all sizes and complexities. In addition, “Conresta” is a financially strong company focused on innovation and optimizing construction processes. This is very important to us because this business center is being developed to the high standards of BREEAM sustainability and we need to make sure that the construction company has the capacity to work according to them,” said Aurimas Martinkėnas, Director of Commercial Projects at “Galio Group.”
