“Konarskio butai” apartment building project
“Conresta” has successfully completed a project on S. Konarskio street in Vilnius. A project entrusted by “Vilbra”, a real estate development and management company. Three different frames of the building were constructed in total, including one that Conresta was responsible for implementing.

“Konarskio butai” is a nine-storey apartment building with two and three-room apartments, designed for residents who want to settle down near the Old Town of Vilnius.
The project has:
- A brand new (built in 2012) brick construction building;
- Spacious high-speed elevators;
- On-the-ground and underground parking spaces;
- Automated gate system with remote controls;
- Privacy and security – the whole project area has a fence;
- A children’s playground.
