There have been many challenges where standard solutions have failed us and modern ones needed to be introduced.

L. Laukaitis, the CEO of Conresta

The feeling of solidity and wholeness is created by interconnecting the second, third and fourth floors. Organic forms of the panoramic windows blend harmoniously into a perfectly balanced landscape filled with pine trees. High-quality, long-lasting materials have been selected for this project – materials that become increasingly prominent and admirable over time.

“The architectural ambition of this pine-surrounded building posed some great challenges, yet all the advanced solutions, our team of professionals and years of experience has allowed us to maintain the proper geometry of the building and manage its complex structure,” says L. Laukaitis, the CEO of Conresta.
