New Residential Project near Pavilniai Regional Park
Vilnius’ Rasos neighbourhood was decorated with a new residential project – Dailidžių Namai. The apartment building, located near Pavilniai Regional Park and surrounded by forests, was built by Conresta constructions company.
The building of more than 1 800 sq. m area consists of two 3 and 4 storey wings, featuring 21 apartments, a 23-place underground parking lot and storage rooms. The majority are two or three-room apartments, ranging from 38 to 103 sq. m. The ground floor apartment residents can enjoy spacious – up to ~100 sq. m terraces, while the rest of the apartments have balconies, opening to views of Pavilniai Regional Park or the Old Town.
The project is characterised by its exceptional location: although surrounded by greenery and the park, protecting the values of cultural heritage, the buildings are rather close to Užupis, the Old Town and the major objects of the city centre. Thus, this is an ideal place for those, who want to stay closer to the nature without having to get too far from the heart of the city.
The implementation of the project involved focusing special attention to the longevity of the materials, featuring wooden windows, clinker façade and panoramic elevators. The architectural solutions are predominated by natural colours that both harmoniously blend in with the environment, as well as look modern and stylish.
According to ABS Development, the developer of the project, 100 % of the apartments were sold before the completion of the building, thus the new buildings will soon be filled with life of the new residents.
