UAB Eigesa begins construction of K22 business centre, located at 22 Kauno Street in the Vilnius borough of Naujamiestis [New Town]. UAB Conresta, one of the most advanced and successful construction companies in Lithuania, has been chosen as general contractor.
The business centre will be comprised of two 6- and 9- storey buildings, with a two-level underground parking lot. The combined area of the two buildings will make up almost 7,000 square metres. Some of the premises will be made available for purchasing as business offices, with the remainder allocated as rental properties. Construction of K22 is due to be completed in Q4 2022.

One of the two buildings within the business centre will be nine storeys high, which will allow the people working in these offices to enjoy the beautiful views of the Old Town. The building’s modern architecture reflects and blends in with the reviving neighbourhood of Naujamiestis. This innovative business centre will include an open-air terrace for employees to enjoy, as well as bike storage facilities, bicycle and scooter charging points, and high-speed elevators. Each office will feature tall ceiling (up to 3.2 meters high), modern heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, while the A+ energy class will ensure low operating costs.

The business centre is due to emerge in Naujamiestis – one of the most exciting areas of Vilnius. K22 will join the nearby Uptown Park business centre and Tech Loft. The area will also welcome Cyber City business park, currently under construction, in the near future.
