INREAL Group is developing a new residential project called ‘City Rhythm’, located at Žalgirio g. 106A. Two 7-storey and 8-storey apartment buildings, with a total of 126 apartments and 13 commercial premises, have been built on the 43.5-acre plot. In less than a year and a half since the start of construction, all the flats and apartments, as well as 6 commercial premises and 110 parking spaces in the underground parking lot were sold for a total of €12.8 million.
The implemented project is important for the increasingly modern development of this Vilnius district. According to the city’s architectural development plan it will enter the zone of the New Centre, and we are happy to have been a part of it. We would like to thank our team for their dedication and professionalism, and all of our partners for their cooperation.
The project consisted of an eight-storey and seven-storey two-apartment building complex with an area of 10,448 sq. m. According to the project, it was designed to be a Class B energy building but due to the high-quality sealing, we managed to achieve Class A energy efficiency in the residential part of the building. The building territory includes a courtyard with recreation and green areas, as well as children’s playgrounds. A parking lot for 110 cars has been designed under the house. The object has also been adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
